Initiation fee
An initiation fee covers the cost of running your search until you land your next job: advising you on what to target, rebuilding your resume, finding opportunities, applying for you, emailing thousands of hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and full interview and negotiation support. It includes unlimited access to the outreach we run for you, until you land your next role.
Success fee
A one-time success fee after you accept an offer, approximately amounting to 10% of first year salary. Our income sharing agreement covers the first year only, unlike other ISAs in the market. $0 after that, you owe us nothing more.
